REFUND, CANCELLATION, & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICIES

IMPORTANT: Due to our wide array of products that range from customized orders to Fine Art Decor purchases, our Refund, Cancellation, and Satisfaction Guarantee Policies vary by product category. The categories below under the "LUXURY PHOTO DISPLAY REFUND, CANCELLATION, & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICIES" section applies to Luxury Photo Display purchases only. The categories listed below the "LUXURY PHOTO FRAME AND FINE ART DECOR REFUND, CANCELLATION, & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICIES" section applies to all other items sold by Capturelize It, LLC on this website (Capturelize.com). Read each section carefully to ensure it is applicable to the product you may purchase or have purchased. 


Section 1. LUXURY PHOTO DISPLAY REFUND, CANCELLATION, & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICIES

1.1 LUXURY PHOTO DISPLAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE 
We give each client a 15 day inspection time period to perform an inspection of each display for any defects. The 15 day inspection time period begins from the date you receive your display. If you are not 100% satisfied with your display after you receive it, send us a message on our Contact Us page within the 15 day inspection timeframe and we'll send you instructions to send it back to us so we can fix it or rebuild it. If any damages happen to your display during your care, let us know about it and we'll let you know if it can be repaired.

1.2 LUXURY PHOTO DISPLAY REFUND/CANCELLATION TIME PERIOD
Your payment is refundable within 24 hours of placing your order. After the initial 24 hour refund period, no refunds will be issued unless we are unable to fulfill your order within 180 days from the date you submitted your payment. Any additional refunds issued within or outside of the time periods described within this LUXURY PHOTO DISPLAY REFUND/CANCELLATION TIME PERIOD section will be issued on a case by case basis upon our discretion.
 
1.3 HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND FOR A LUXURY PHOTO DISPLAY
To request a refund, send us a message on our Contact Us page with your request. If you meet the criteria above in the "LUXURY PHOTO DISPLAY REFUND/CANCELLATION TIME PERIOD" section to receive a refund, we will process it as soon as possible (primarily within 24 - 48 business hours). It may take a few days after we process it for the funds to appear in your account. 



Section 2. LUXURY PHOTO FRAME AND FINE ART DECOR REFUND, CANCELLATION, & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICIES

Important: The policies below DO NOT apply to Luxury Photo Displays. 

2.1  LUXURY PHOTO FRAME AND FINE ART DECOR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY 
We give each customer a 15 day inspection time period to perform an inspection of each item for any defects. The 15 day inspection time period begins from the date you receive your order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order after you receive it, send us a message on our Contact Us page within the 15 day inspection timeframe and we'll let you know what we can do to fix it or replace it. 

2.2  LUXURY PHOTO FRAME AND FINE ART DECOR REFUND POLICY
Due to each product being custom made to each customer's specifications, all sales are final; however, we will fix it or replace it if it's damaged when you receive it. Please be sure to inspect your product for defects and notify us on our Contact Us page within the 15 day inspection timeframe.

2.3  LUXURY PHOTO FRAME AND FINE ART DECOR CANCELLATION POLICY
To fulfill orders quickly, we purchase the necessary components and begin performing the custom work to fulfill each order immediately after the 24 hour refund/cancellation period. Therefore, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the time you place your order. A refund for the amount you paid will be processed within 1 to 2 business days and may take a few days to appear on your credit/debit card. To request for an order to be cancelled, send us a message requesting cancellation on our Contact Us page within the 24 hour timeframe. No refunds will be issued after the 24 hour refund/cancellation period.
