REFUND POLICY
At Capturelize, each Photo Display is custom prepared with care. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we keep our refund policy simple and transparent.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS (24-Hour Window)
Customers may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing an order. To request a refund during this timeframe, please send us a message on our Contact Us page. Include your name and order number so we can process your request quickly. Once 24 hours have passed after the order is placed, all orders become final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PHOTO DISPLAYS (We'll Replace Them)
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your Photo Display arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we will replace the item at no cost to you. To request a replacement, please send us a message at Support@Capturelize.com within 7 days after your Photo Display has been delivered. Include: Your order number, A brief description of the issue, and Photos showing the defect or damage. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement if the product is confirmed to be defective.
