Additional Ways to Send Us Photos

Option 1 

You can email them to us at Support@Capturelize.com. ​Please include your order number or email address you used when placing your order.

Option 2 

For larger files, you can send them via Wetransfer.com using these steps:

1. Go to Wetransfer.com

2. Click on the blue and white plus button at the top or click 'Upload File'

3. Select the image you want to upload

4. Put Support@Capturelize.com in the 'Email to' field

5. Put your email address in the 'From' field (same email address you used when placing your order)

6. Put your order number in the message field

7. Click 'Transfer'

8. Enter the verification code sent to your email address and click 'Verify' to send your file
